Togo: Togo: 3.5 million registered voters for April 15 poll

3,529,780 voters are on the file at the end of 2015 review process recently completed lists.

These are the raw results reported Friday by Taffa Tabiou, chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, the monitoring committee chaired by the Prime Minister.

'These are 3,529,780 voters who are registered on the electoral lists that will be displayed from Saturday all CRV to open a contentious period from 16 to 17 March 2015,' said Mr Tabiou.

INEC will receive all éventulles claims during this period so that the final file is beyond reproach.

The presidential election will take place on 15 April.
